How to Use:

Inhale through mouth and exhale through the nose. Place the mouthpiece between you lips and draw air gently through your mouth – exhale through your nose. DO NOT EXHALE BACK THROUGH THE DEVICE, this will cause moisture in the salt, and will require it to be changed. You may experience some coughing or sneezing when the inhaling process starts. The recommended duration of usage is 15-25 minutes per day.
